I gave this gift to my mum on her birthday on Saturday but unfortunately the glass was broken. I messaged the seller and they replied very quick and promptly sent a new Prosecco glass which arrived on the Tuesday. She’s so happy with it and very grateful they sent a new one quickly with no hassle. Great service and great communication. Thank you so much
