• La Luxe Touche is a small business specialising in personalised gift hampers.
• We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

• All orders must be placed through our website, email, or other approved communication channels.
• Personalised hampers are made to order and may require additional processing time.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring all customisation details (e.g., names, messages, product selections) are correct at the time of purchase.

• All prices are listed in GBP and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (specify if VAT/GST applies).
• Payments must be made in full at the time of order via our accepted payment methods.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing, promotions, or discounts at any time.

• We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3  business days. Custom hampers may take longer.
• Shipping times may vary based on location and courier services.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

• Due to the personalised nature of our hampers, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is defective or incorrect.
• If your hamper arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
• Cancellations must be requested within 2  hours of placing an order. Once customisation has begun, cancellations may not be possible.

• Some of our hampers may contain food, beverages, or other consumables. It is the customer’s responsibility to check for allergens before purchasing.
• If a product becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.

• We collect and process customer information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Your personal data will only be used for order processing, customer service, and marketing communications if you opt-in.

• We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images, but slight variations may occur.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
